How it Works: How Long It Takes
Once you learn the exercises, Faceworks takes just twenty minutes to do. You don’t need to do your workout all at once; you can fit the exercises into your day when it suits you.
The First Three Months
To get your natural facelift off to a great start, we recommend you do the full Faceworks workout five times a week for the first three months. A little dedication will help you reach your goal much faster. After this first intensive phase, do Faceworks two or three times a week for continued benefits.
Timeline
All of the improvements were noted by the people taking part in our monitored client trials for Faceworks - real results with real people.
Two Weeks
The overall appearance of the skin is the first noticeable sign that circulation is pepped up: the complexion looks warmer and healthier. The eyes look brighter and more open, and further down the face double chins look less prominent as facial muscles start to tone.
Tip: some clients said the exercises were a good way to relax at the end of the day.
One Month
The eyebrows are higher with an increased arch; hooded and drooping upper eyelids are toned and lifted. The cheek muscles sit higher giving more shape to the sides of the face. Lips are plumper with an enhanced upper lip profile. Skin continues to improve and now appears smoother, clearer and feels firmer to the touch.
Two Months
The cheeks are toned and lifted sufficiently to plump out under-eye hollows. Under-eye bags are less puffy, dark shadows paler due to improved circulation. The sides of the face below the cheeks are more sculpted and slimmer. The labial folds that run from the nose to the corner of the mouth are less noticeable, and the jawline is neater. Lines and wrinkles appear smoother, especially frown furrows between the brows.
Three Months
Age makes the whole face drop and it takes time to see improvements further down the face. Once the upper muscles reposition themselves, the lower face looks noticeably neater. Labial folds and jowls lift away, revealing mouth corners and a happier expression. As the muscles develop, skin drapes properly over the face instead of sagging into folds. The jaw contours continue to tone for both double chins and loose skin. Improved circulation helps to normalise skin problems: dry skin is more nourished and oily skin prone to fewer ’breakouts’. In trials our clients had a range of skin types: mature, dry and oily. All types of skin showed an improvement.
Three Months+
Doing Faceworks two or three times a week is a great way to maintain your natural facelift. Improvements continue over the entire face, and especially for jowls and labial folds. The exercises are so adaptable: you can do more workouts before a special event when you want to look your very best, and a couple of times a week when you’re busy. Learning the exercises means you can have Faceworks wherever you go: on holiday, at home or at work.
