How it Works: Problem Areas Treated
See the areas Faceworks treats on your face
The exercise program targets all problem areas of the face. As the underlying muscles regain their previous youthful shape and tone, loose skin is filled out and lifted naturally without resorting to surgery.
Strength training exercise helps to reduce or eliminate the decline in muscle vitality as we age. Faceworks increases production of the proteins within muscle fibres, so that they gradually increase in size and strength.
Skin creams can only penetrate the upper layers of the dermis - no matter how good or expensive the product. To achieve lasting benefits and gain a level of control over the ageing process it is necessary to go more than skin deep. Faceworks does this very effectively using your body's own regenerative process.

1. Eyebrows
With age the eyebrows flatten and drop. Habitual expressions and loose muscles cause frown ridges and deep lines between the brows.
Lifted and arched brows open up the whole eye area and reduce furrows and lines. Hooded lids literally lift away as the muscles on the forehead and along the brow line tone up. Beautiful brows frame the eyes and can make you appear younger.
2. Eyes
Tired, dull looking eyes with loose skin and wrinkles. Eye bags and under-eye hollows develop when the fat layer below the eye begins to disappear from age 30 onwards.
The eye outline becomes more visible as drooping skin is lifted. Eyes look brighter due to better circulation from exercise. Both eye bags and hollows reduce as the muscles build under the eye to plump out the area. Wrinkles and crêpey skin are less obvious. Brighter, more sparkling eyes are one of the first changes you may notice.
3. Cheeks
When this large muscle group shrinks and sags, it causes flat and lifeless looking cheeks. The shape of the face alters dramatically with age, in early years the widest point of the face is across the upper cheek but with time the balance shifts downwards level with the mouth. If the bony ridge under the eye is prominent the face may look gaunt.
High, sculpted cheeks: the muscles sit on the cheekbone instead of underneath. The effect is a more youthful contour to the entire face as the balance shifts up to where it should be. Skin drapes better over the cheek muscles, gaunt areas fill out and look rejuvenated.
4. Lower Cheek
Often the widest point of the face in later years. The sides of the face are bulky. Folds of loose skin that run from each side of the nose to the mouth give a miserable expression by pulling mouth corners down.
The folds either side of the mouth diminish and lift away and lines here can almost disappear completely. The lower face is slimmer. Once the weight of the cheeks move up, the contours you had forgotten reappear.
5. Lips
Thin lips, drooping mouth corners and vertical lines along the top lip.
Naturally plump lips, without collagen or fillers. The lips fill out and the shape improves, smoothing vertical lines so they are less obvious.
6. Jaw line and Neck
Scalloped and general softening of the chin and jaw line. The neck may either be gaunt with loose skin or have extra weight in the form of a double chin.
Neat, defined jaw line with bone structure visible. The muscles under the chin tone and tighten so both gauntness and double chins are reduced.
7. Skin
Tired, pale and slack skin. Problem areas such as spots, redness or dryness.
As we age cell turnover diminishes, skin loses its fresh appearance and often has variations in colour and texture. Skin products work only on the top layers and cannot help ageing deep within the dermis.
Skin is firm with a healthy glow; the complexion is warm, clear and smooth. Problem areas are reduced due to improved circulation. The increase in blood flow to the deep dermal layers brings vital nutrients: cell turnover accelerates and the result is skin that appears younger and feels stronger. Improvement in skin tone is one of the first changes you may notice.
