Watch, learn and practise with the video wherever your computer may be. See which exercises are good for your own problem areas, what effect each exercise has and the muscles used. To make things easier, each has a Focus Point for you to concentrate on.
It's recommended that you have a broadband connection to stream video. If you don't have a fast Internet connection you can opt to purchase the DVD if you are based in the UK and EU.
